Supervise warehouse, dock, material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include long-range planning, budgeting, cash flow, KPI reporting, cost management, inventory and procurement analysis, make-versus-buy decisions, capital allocation, ROI and NPV business cases, standard costing, variance analysis, COGS improvement, and ERP or planning-tool implementation. The role manages finance business partners and advises operations leadership in a fast-growing, matrixed manufacturing organization.

Leads investor relations and equity capital formation for a fusion energy company. Owns financing processes, investor targeting, materials, diligence, shareholder communications, disclosure discipline, capital-market intelligence, and the investor narrative. Partners with the CFO, CEO, Board, Corporate Development, Legal, and Communications; builds the investor relations infrastructure, hires a small team, selects advisors, and supports financing strategy across private, strategic, sovereign, infrastructure, and eventual public-market capital.

Owns preparation, execution, and closure of SPARC Assembly testing. Reviews procedures, identifies hazards, supports equipment and mock-up testing, directs field troubleshooting, validates results, approves test reports, reinforces safety and procedural standards, and captures lessons learned. The role requires extensive onsite work, occasional alternate shifts, and work around industrial hazards including high voltage, cryogenics, pressure systems, strong magnets, and fumes.
