The Senior Program Manager oversees the release management process for autonomous vehicle systems, ensuring effective coordination and execution across teams.

Integrate hardware, sensors, and vehicle software into production-ready autonomous vehicle stacks. Work on sensor bring-up, CAN communications, drivers, diagnostics, performance profiling, time sync, and integration tests. Collaborate with perception, localization, controls, and platform teams and produce clear documentation and validation workflows.

Lead design, development, and validation of firmware for vehicle drive and safety controllers. Define embedded architecture and standards, integrate with hardware, debug with ARM JTAG/ETM, develop safety-critical MISRA C code, implement RTOS-based control, design HIL tests and CI for embedded systems, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead and scale deployment operations for autonomous vehicle programs: design processes and playbooks, automate workflows, partner with sales/customer success, establish SLAs and KPIs, synthesize field feedback to Product, and collaborate with engineering to ensure repeatable, scalable deployments.

Onsite, hands-on Office Manager responsible for daily office operations, facility coordination, administrative and event support, vendor relationships, employee experience, and confidential communications. Ensures workspace readiness, organizes supplies/mail, coordinates meetings and company events, and acts as primary internal/external contact to keep the team supported and operations running smoothly.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the mechanical design and integration of vehicle systems, manage CAD modeling, testing, and coordinate multi-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality products.
