Responsibilities
Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office functions, including supply inventory, mail, office cleaning and organization, and vendor relationships.
Facility Management: Coordinate with building management to address facility-related issues and ensure a safe, clean, and functional workspace.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation across departments.
Event Coordination: Book and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, handling logistics to execution.
Employee Experience: Support a positive people experience, contribute to a workplace where employees feel welcomed and supported.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring information flows smoothly across the organization.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
A natural doer who takes ownership and is accountable for seeing work through to completion.
Takes initiative without being asked—notices when something is undone, unclean, or out of order and acts on it.
Prepared and enjoys starting the day organized and ready.
Brings professional maturity and good judgment, supporting the team wherever needed.
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
