Serve as the strategic and operational partner to the AI and Data Transformation & Analytics Practice Leader. The role also manages client relationships, mentors junior analysts, supports training and deliverables, escalates project risks, and responsibly adopts approved AI tools.

Leads integrated B2B marketing strategy, campaigns, content, events, and ecosystem marketing for advisory solutions. Manages a team of five or more marketing strategists, owns selected solution portfolios, advances AI-enabled marketing workflows using Jasper, and drives data-based campaign optimization and ROI measurement. Partners with practice leaders, sales, external partners, and firm executives while maintaining brand standards, improving processes, and translating market trends into actionable go-to-market recommendations.

Provides global HR operational support across onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, contingent worker management, employee records, information requests, and HR correspondence. Processes changes in Workday, coordinates equipment and account access with IT, audits confidential files, responds to inquiries, and manages multiple HR projects. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Provide post-production functional support and optimization for US-based clients using Sage Intacct. Troubleshoot finance modules and workflows, process enhancements, analyze import/export data, document resolutions, and recommend process improvements. Own functional workstreams across full-lifecycle Coupa implementations, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, supplier enablement, and go-live. Advise stakeholders, drive process improvement and cost reduction, mentor team members, support business development, and develop compliant AI-enabled client solutions. The role requires expertise across Coupa Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management, plus experience with financial systems, data manipulation, workflow design, and project management.

Serve as a trusted advisor delivering accounting advisory services including financial reporting, operational accounting improvements, implementation of accounting standards, and transaction support. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with regulatory filings and restatements as needed.

Leads the global compensation function, including compensation strategy, salary structures, incentive programs, annual planning, market benchmarking, pay equity, governance, compliance, analytics, and Workday administration. Advises executives and business leaders, manages compensation teams, supports mergers and acquisitions, and develops programs for specialized technology and AI talent. Partners with Finance, Legal, HR, and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive, equitable, compliant, and data-driven rewards programs.
