Leads risk-based manual testing for complex software products, creating test plans, cases, data, traceability records, and release assessments. Executes functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing; investigates failures, tracks defects, verifies fixes, and identifies regression coverage. Contributes to automation frameworks and CI pipelines, improves QA processes, applies AI tools to testing workflows, coordinates cross-team testing, and mentors QA engineers.

Develop, modify, and debug Aechelon and customer software, reproduce and resolve runtime bugs, manage discrepancy reports with program management, and provide phone/email support to achieve ready-for-training status.

Develop and maintain C++ application software that simulates airborne radar and sensors on Windows and Linux. Responsibilities include software design, implementation, integration/testing, documentation, customer interaction, collaboration, and schedule/task planning for real-time simulation products.

Provide first-level technical support and manage RMA processing from intake through resolution. Troubleshoot hardware/software, document cases, coordinate repairs/replacements, maintain ERP and tracking records, communicate status to stakeholders, support inventory and shipping documentation, and assist engineering and production with root-cause information and regulatory documentation updates.
