Perform intermediate accounts and audit-related process tasks: follow SOPs, resolve invoice and quality issues, generate reports/MIS, meet productivity targets, and support process improvements.

Manage onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and performance of drivers and helpers. Spend most time in field, enforce safety and WM practices, conduct incident root cause investigations, maintain DOT and route documentation, and resolve customer safety issues.

Performs intermediate finance/process tasks including invoice resolution, quality-control queue management, following SOPs, generating reports/MIS, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining internal stakeholder communication. Additional duties assigned by manager.

Provide senior-level configuration and application support for HR systems: troubleshoot cases, configure changes, manage integrations and large data imports/exports, validate data integrity, support releases/upgrades, execute testing, document configurations, and consult with vendors and Digital team.

Performs intermediate accounting/process tasks including invoice resolution, quality control, report and MIS generation, following SOPs, meeting productivity targets, and supporting managers as needed.

Provide clerical and administrative support to collections operations: troubleshoot safety/service issues, manage KRONOS time and attendance updates, use Microsoft Suite for procurement, scheduling, payments, and communicate with customers and employees about service and assignments.

Perform basic process tasks within audit/accounts/finance: follow training and SOPs, meet productivity targets, resolve problem invoices and quality control issues, and maintain professional internal communications.

Manage transition and stabilization of Record-to-Report processes. Perform end-to-end R2R tasks including general ledger month-end close, journal entries, bank and intercompany reconciliations, cash management, accruals, P&L and balance sheet variance analysis, SOX compliance, audit support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to meet SLAs/KPIs.

Audit and reconcile vendor invoices, resolve exception-based invoices, ensure vendors are paid per accounts payable, maintain vendor accounts, meet productivity targets, and follow standard procedures while communicating with internal customers.
