Audit and reconcile vendor invoices, resolve exceptions and disputes, ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, maintain vendor accounts, meet productivity targets, follow procedures, and communicate with internal stakeholders.

Provide advanced Tier 3 desktop and application support for end users, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/network issues, manage escalations, produce technical specifications and reports, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, perform on-site field support and equipment setup, and drive technical support initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.

Perform basic process tasks related to audit, accounts, and finance following SOPs and training. Meet productivity targets, resolve problem invoices and quality-control issues, maintain professional communication with internal customers, and complete assigned duties while progressing through defined certification levels.

Lead engineering and construction activities at landfill and solid-waste facilities, manage consultants and contractors, oversee permitting and regulatory interactions, track capital budgets and capacity, support acquisitions/divestitures, mentor junior staff, and provide technical solutions for operational and environmental compliance.

Perform intermediate accounting/process tasks: resolve problem invoices and quality-control issues, follow SOPs, meet productivity targets, generate reports and MIS, and maintain professional communication with internal customers. Support managers with assigned duties and continuously integrate new procedures into daily routines.

Perform basic transactional and process tasks in an accounts/audit function: follow training and SOPs, meet productivity and quality targets, resolve problem invoices and QC issues, maintain professional internal communication, and support additional duties as assigned.

Configure, support, and maintain HR/ERP application systems. Troubleshoot issues, document configuration, manage data imports/exports and integrations, perform testing, produce reports/queries, and support releases and upgrades.
