Leads daily accounting operations, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, financial close, reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and process improvement. Coaches two Customer Experience Specialists and identifies expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build client relationships through meetings and presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and use CRM tools to track performance.
