Identifies process issues, establishes KPIs, analyzes root causes, manages cross-functional projects, develops dashboards, and implements sustainable solutions using lean and Six Sigma methods. Supports project planning, budgeting, change management, training, and communication with operational and executive stakeholders. Requires strong data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Drive external sales of machining, fabrication, repair, and engineered equipment solutions. Develop industrial B2B accounts, conduct technical customer assessments, interpret drawings, prepare quotes and contracts, negotiate pricing, and coordinate sales-to-production handoffs. Partner with engineering, production, purchasing, logistics, and recycling sales to ensure delivery, quality, margin, and customer satisfaction. Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline while identifying new business, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.

Purchases and evaluates incoming scrap metals by inspecting, grading, weighing, pricing, and completing customer transactions. Maintains transaction records, invoices, bills of lading, inventory, accounts, and shipment documentation. Coordinates yard traffic and shipping preparation, operates material-handling equipment, follows safety and radiation protocols, and maintains an organized scale house and work area.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes using lean principles, root cause analysis, process mapping, and performance metrics. Identifies improvement opportunities, manages cross-functional projects, develops dashboards and KPIs, supports capital justifications, and drives process changes and training. Partners with operations and leadership to improve efficiency, resolve process failures, embed continuous improvement practices, and align projects with organizational strategy.
