Own the onboarding journey for Oyster customers and team members from new-hire submission through engagement. Provide guidance, documentation, meetings, and accurate platform data management; handle custom requests and escalations with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance; support contract customization; maintain self-service and internal knowledge resources; and improve processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while staying current on product releases and employment regulations.

The role requires German payroll expertise, attention to detail, knowledge of wage tax, social insurance and labor law, and collaboration in a remote-first global team.

Build and operate shared AI platform infrastructure for LLM applications, agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI workflows. Develop data and knowledge pipelines, secure enterprise integrations, reusable frameworks, deployment and observability standards, and developer tooling. Take AI systems from experimentation to reliable production while ensuring security, privacy, governance, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and IT to establish practical AI platform patterns and guardrails.

Manage a portfolio of customers across EMEA to drive adoption, resolve escalations, run enablement and demos, collaborate cross-functionally, use data to improve customer health, and support retention and payment collection.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits. Lead discovery, prioritisation, and roadmaps; partner with Engineering and Design; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Ops, GTM). Drive AI and automation use cases, embed regulatory/compliance requirements, use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, and improve product processes and outcomes.
