Monitor and analyze warehouse operating costs, prepare cost reports, drive cost-optimization and process improvements, lead/support cross-functional projects, track milestones and risks, consolidate operational data for planning and decision-making, and provide day-to-day operational and administrative support.

Manage and grow the computing category assortment by supporting end-to-end category management, supplier partnerships, inventory monitoring, sales and promotional strategies, data-driven analysis of range gaps and KPIs, and cross-functional coordination with supply chain, app development, and marketing.

Manage customs documentation, clearance, and compliance for UAE and GCC imports/exports. Prepare and submit invoices, AWBs, packing lists, and HS codes; coordinate with customs authorities, free zones, freight forwarders, and finance; track shipments across air, sea, and land; and act as client contact for customs procedures and duty obligations.

Build and manage local category supply chain and sourcing for Brazil, recruit and evaluate suppliers, negotiate and maintain partnerships, manage assortment, pricing and inventory for assigned categories, and achieve sales and profit targets.

Manage compliant, safe national and international transport operations including mixed HGV/LGV fleets, driver supervision, route planning, compliance with driver hours/tachograph and WTD, fleet maintenance, incident investigation, stakeholder liaison, and continuous improvement to ensure timely, legal deliveries.

Lead data-driven quality improvement across warehousing, transportation, and delivery. Identify root causes, design and implement corrective actions, develop quality standards and KPIs, perform audits, deliver staff training, and collaborate with operations, IT, and customer service to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels.

Lead brand sourcing and category expansion for the Korean market, build local supply chain and supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate cross-functionally to implement sourcing projects, monitor market and competitors, and drive project execution to meet sourcing and merchant satisfaction targets.

Lead new customer acquisition and manage key logistics and eCommerce accounts. Develop and execute business plans, negotiate contracts, oversee project implementation, manage receivables, monitor project risks, gather market intelligence, and support internal process and system improvements to grow market share and meet sales targets.
