Develop and maintain demand forecasts across a 24+ month planning horizon, incorporating sales, marketing, finance, customer, pricing, promotion, and market insights. Support monthly IBP and demand review processes, monitor forecast variances, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations. Support corporate strategy and M&A initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, business case development, and executive-level reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare presentations, and contribute to high-impact strategic projects to inform leadership decisions.

Lead and mature the enterprise MDM function: own MDM platform roadmap, architecture, data governance, golden record strategy, and team performance. Provide hands-on technical leadership for EnterWorks and MDM design patterns, resolve high-risk data quality incidents, partner with business and IT stakeholders, run governance councils, improve delivery frameworks, and manage vendors and staff to deliver a single trusted view of product, customer, and vendor data.

Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems. Analyze business processes, document technical requirements, configure and test ERP modules, assist integrations and data migration, maintain documentation, provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and support ERP project planning.
