Oversee proposal/quoting, pricing and contract processes; lead sales support team; develop reporting and financial analyses; manage pricing across 80+ price books using bulk-upload tools; customize Ironclad workflows; support onboarding, pipeline updates, and QBRs while driving cross-functional process improvements.

Provide administrative and financial support to the Branch Manager: manage Salesforce entries, payroll/labor tracking, dispatching, purchase orders, dashboards, records, collections, supply orders, travel arrangements, uniform program, and daily deadlines to support branch profitability and operations.
