Handles PATH’s accounts payable, client funds, cash management, and related accounting activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, preparing checks and deposits, managing petty cash, recording journal entries and banking transactions, running reports, maintaining vendor records, preparing 1099 statements, correcting billing discrepancies, and supporting month-end close and general ledger activities.

Develops and analyzes operating and capital budgets, forecasts financial performance, prepares financial reports, and supports management decision-making. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, payroll expense analysis, accounts payable and purchasing oversight, audit support, compliance monitoring, and internal control improvements. The analyst collaborates with departments, leadership, auditors, vendors, and Finance & Accounting teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and effective fiscal operations.
