Manage end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly processing. Responsibilities include calculations, deductions, benefits, reporting, payroll journals, CSO returns, client and employee query resolution, relationship management, process improvement, automation, system testing, and project support.

Manage billing, order, account, invoicing, renewal, credit, refund, and software licensing queries. Process sales orders, maintain customer records, investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Support, and other teams.
