Provide senior database architecture and engineering for cloud-hosted GEOMAP systems: design, optimize, secure, migrate, and sustain relational and non-relational databases; troubleshoot performance and integrity issues; collaborate with cloud, DevSecOps, software, testing, and support teams; develop standards, documentation, and support deployment activities for Air Force geospatial capabilities.

Lead design and execution of testing and QA across front-end, back-end, integration, system, and UAT. Build automated test frameworks, support full stack development, refactor monoliths to microservices in containers, resolve integration issues, analyze defects, and produce test artifacts and training. Collaborate with teams on performance, security, and release readiness.

Work with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, create project plans, and support design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions. Analyze data, document data mappings, estimate business analysis effort, and apply process improvement and Agile methodologies to ensure solutions meet client and mission needs.

Design reusable software tools and subsystems, lead implementation and estimation, ensure systems integration and multi-platform compatibility, drive projects to completion, and perform feasibility analyses for future projects.

Lead full-lifecycle capture for Federal Civilian IT pursuits ($10M–$100M+ and task orders). Qualify opportunities, develop win strategies, manage teaming, staffing, pricing, and transition captures into proposals while maintaining competitive intelligence and gate reviews.

Work within an agile team to manage data assets, perform data quality and profiling, reverse-engineer data models, develop ETL routines, collect metadata, and present findings with recommendations to stakeholders.

Support RMF implementation, ATO package updates, vulnerability management, POA&M tracking, and cybersecurity reporting for DoD network and SIPR endpoint migrations. Perform security reviews, assist remediation, coordinate with engineers, conduct post-migration validations and scans, and maintain compliance with DISA and DoD frameworks.
