Provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. Coordinates interviews, maintains confidential personnel documentation, assists employees with routine HR questions, supports engagement activities, and helps ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Recruits and screens candidates, coordinates interviews and sourcing activities, manages job postings and requisitions, completes onboarding and employment documentation, maintains employee files and recruiting trackers, conducts reference checks, supports salary determination, and partners with hiring managers, program managers, security, and HR. The role also supports employee gear inventory, personnel status reporting, and special projects.

Provides program and project management support for an IT infrastructure task order. Coordinates activities across infrastructure, networks, telephone, media services, and maintenance teams; supports schedule, cost, and technical performance management; prepares contractor status and progress reports; and interfaces with the Government COR regarding program status and issues.

Directs and integrates task order activities as the Senior Technical Representative. Oversees program performance, schedule, cost control, technical quality, progress reporting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with the Government COR. Leads senior program management for IT infrastructure services and has authority to commit company resources.

Provides mid-level engineering and operations support for Media Center and VTC systems. Installs, configures, operates, troubleshoots, and maintains audiovisual hardware; performs fault isolation and corrective maintenance; supports cryptographic keying material loading and testing; and prepares system designs, drawings, and topology maps for classified and unclassified environments.

Provides engineering support for network, telephone, and media infrastructure in the NUWCDIVNPT communications environment. Responsibilities include system design and integration, functional testing, analysis, topology mapping, technical specifications, feasibility studies, recommendations, and developing action plans and milestones. The role requires engineering experience with network, telephone, or media systems and certifications required under SECNAV M-5239.2 for classified and unclassified network infrastructure support.

Provides audiovisual and videoconferencing support for classified and unclassified command events. Operates and maintains Media Center facilities, MCU and VTC systems, studios, conference rooms, and DVS-G facilities; performs daily system verification testing; stages audio and visual services; and establishes VTC communications over ISDN, IP, and DISA networks.

Provides senior engineering support and technical leadership for network, telephone, media, classified and unclassified network, and VTC infrastructure. Leads system design and integration, develops architectures and security controls, conducts feasibility and cost-benefit studies, recommends improvements, and reviews engineering deliverables. Requires DoD IAT Level 3 certification, Cisco networking certification, Linux+, intrusion detection and prevention training, and a Secret clearance.

Provides entry-level engineering support for enterprise network, telephone, and media systems. Assists with system design, integration, verification, validation, testing, feasibility studies, test plan development, technical drawings, topology maps, and documentation. The role requires engineering fundamentals in relevant infrastructure systems and certifications required under SECNAV M-5239.2 for classified and unclassified network support.

Maintains configuration documentation and equipment inventories for network, media center, and telephone systems. Supports configuration control, baseline documentation, change documentation, work order metrics, maintenance reporting, and configuration management deliverables. The role requires IT infrastructure configuration and inventory management skills, applicable certifications for classified and unclassified network support, and a Secret security clearance.
