Leads on-site warehouse and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, including receiving, inventory, stock control, property accountability, and Government-furnished property management. Maintains compliant property control systems under FAR and DFARS requirements, serves as primary hand receipt holder, supports inventories and audits, reports losses, manages asset disposition, and prepares required property reports. Oversees Government-provided incidental property and leads analytical and DoD-focused operational teams.

Provide senior-level financial management and accounting support for a Marine Raider support organization, including processing funding documents, reconciliations, audit readiness, internal controls, financial reporting, and advising on policy and compliance.

Provide INFOSEC program support including public-release reviews, classification marking guidance, and training. Provide M365 security architecture and administration across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, integrate Purview and AvePoint protections, support SharePoint (online and on-prem), Windows servers and SQL clusters, develop Power Platform solutions, implement Microsoft security products (Defender, Copilot, Graph connectors), manage security change requests, audit logging, and deliver regular team status reporting.

Serve as the ISSO/ISSM for a DoD application: integrate cybersecurity across the lifecycle, implement and monitor RMF controls, identify and remediate vulnerabilities using Fortify, and develop POA&Ms to achieve and maintain authorization.

Support establishment and maintenance of logistician processes for DCS/DDS programs. Compile logistics data, analyze parts and inventory, prepare/receive shipments, validate parts for procurement sustainability, produce reports and briefings, and support scheduled and urgent tasks to manage parts and materials inventories.

Manage and supervise technical program personnel and large, complex projects across system lifecycle activities including requirements, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition.

Manage development of compliant, competitive proposals for government solicitations: lead cross-functional teams, analyze RFI/RFQ/RFPs, build schedules and compliance matrices, run kickoffs and color reviews, perform quality assurance, support oral presentations, and oversee final production and lessons-learned.

Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support for S&T initiatives: conduct studies, support TRA/MRL assessments, manage budgets/POM submissions, track performance metrics, oversee FFRDC sponsor feedback, and provide specialized IT/communications support as assigned.

Provide managerial oversight for multiple projects and project managers, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables align with task orders. Develop and maintain standards, processes, and tools for scheduling, quality, and risk control. Track risks and issues, produce reports and dashboards, engage stakeholders (NAVSEA, contracting officers, vendors), lead and mentor staff, and support compliance with federal contracting and quality standards.
