Designs and maintains data pipelines integrating MES, ERP, engineering, quality, test, and supplier data. Develops dashboards, statistical analytics, automation scripts, digital workflows, and AI-assisted solutions to improve operational performance, yield, quality, safety, and productivity. Collaborates cross-functionally on requirements, process mapping, documentation, governance, version control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment, Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, belt training, root-cause problem solving, process documentation, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. Analyze quality and operational data, reduce lead times, maintain improvement trackers, support SPC integration, estimate financial benefits, and build a continuous improvement culture across site operations, quality, engineering, and supplier teams.

Optimizes cutting tool applications, tool life, machining processes, and tooling inventory for manufacturing operations. Collaborates with machinists, programmers, production, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, qualify tooling, manage forecasts and ERP min/max levels, support NPI projects, and implement new tooling technologies. Troubleshoots tooling issues, evaluates tests, establishes processes, and ensures safety, quality, and traceability.

Develop bare-metal firmware for an STM32H7-based multichannel thermal control system. Implement temperature acquisition, multiple PID control loops, and Ethernet communications. Support hardware bring-up, board-level troubleshooting, integration, validation, performance testing, and firmware optimization. Deliver production-ready, fault-tolerant firmware, validated hardware, high-throughput Ethernet infrastructure, maintainable source code, and technical documentation.
