Participants investigate, analyze, and handle claims while completing coursework, mentoring, networking, and communication development to build a foundation for an insurance claims career.

Serve as the front-line underwriter and Marketing Account Executive for workers' compensation accounts in a defined territory. Manage new business submissions and renewals, gather data, present accounts and strategy to Underwriting, cultivate relationships with independent agents and internal Account Executives, and drive profitable growth and high retention. Frequent travel required.

Oversees data quality, model performance, governance, vendors, and analytics product delivery. Coaches data professionals, communicates recommendations to executives, and drives data literacy, training, and adoption across the organization.

The Enterprise AI Programs & Governance Specialist collaborates with various teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business strategy, oversees the intake and governance processes, and facilitates cross-functional alignment for effective AI program management.
