Performs routine to moderately complex policy administration tasks for the Crop Insurance division, including document uploading/parsing, preparing legal notices, security requests, using MS Office and internal systems, communicating with underwriters/agents, and providing general administrative support.

Provide administrative support for crop insurance operations: process agency/agent appointments and security requests, update systems, verify refunds, mail commissions, answer accounting/1099 questions, scan and assemble documents, manage incoming/outgoing mail, procure supplies, schedule meetings/events, handle phone/visitor routing, and assist on Excel-based rate comparison and special projects.

Handle an inventory of executive liability claims (D&O, EPL, fiduciary), analyze coverage and liability, issue coverage opinions, manage defense counsel, develop litigation and resolution strategies, attend mediations/arbitrations, coordinate with underwriters/reinsurers, and ensure compliant, timely claims payments and reserves.

Lead development and delivery of product-specific underwriting training, design and maintain Alternative Markets insurance products (forms, rates, endorsements), refine underwriting strategy and guidelines, coach underwriters, partner with business and technology to implement product and system changes, and ensure regulatory and industry-standard compliance.
