Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

Provide clerical and customer service support for policyholders and PR field representatives. Issue and administer AD&D and Group Life policies accurately, review PR reports, communicate via phone/email, and meet department deadlines.

Configure and maintain OIPA for life and accident insurance products. Design complex transactions, integrations (AsFile, Real-time, Push, REST), develop technical design documents, perform gap analysis, lead and mentor configurators, conduct code reviews, and ensure defect rates remain low while aligning solutions with business requirements.

Lead and execute complex IT audits, develop audit plans and strategies, assess controls and SOX compliance, report findings with recommendations, supervise and coach audit staff, and provide risk-management consultation.

Provide first-tier remote customer support via phone, email, and written correspondence; resolve inquiries promptly, meet quality and performance metrics, handle escalations, and follow operational standards and schedules.
