Provide first-tier remote customer support via phone, email, and written correspondence; resolve inquiries promptly, meet quality and performance metrics, handle escalations, and follow operational standards and schedules.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable check printing and disbursement operations using Workday and Security Manager. Responsibilities include printing and quality-checking checks, reconciling daily check runs, balancing issues, managing secure check stock, enforcing security and audit controls, processing voids and reissues, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, supporting positive pay deadlines, and coordinating with internal departments on payment schedules and inquiries.

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to welcome new policyholders, verify policy information, collect initial premiums, explain benefits, and warm internet-generated leads for the sales team. The role also handles paperwork, correspondence, policy-service corrections, customer activity records, and special outbound campaigns. Success requires strong phone and customer-service skills, accurate CRM and payment handling, confidentiality, organization, mathematical ability, and calm decision-making in a remote environment.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices. Provide timely, high-quality customer service, manage stressful interactions, participate in phone rotation, and work independently in a remote environment.

Supports the Privacy Architecture Program by maintaining privacy policies and controls, conducting privacy and compliance risk assessments, monitoring regulatory compliance, performing data privacy impact assessments and consent management audits, and supporting incident investigations and program audits. Provides privacy guidance to business partners, researches changing laws and standards, maintains privacy documentation, and helps implement Privacy Enhancing Technologies while coordinating cross-functional compliance activities.

Calculates, adjusts, audits, and processes sales commissions for agents. Maintains commission databases and records, investigates payout disputes, reconciles discrepancies, answers commission and 1099 questions, supports recurring commission processes, and recommends process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Designs and leads enterprise data and AI architecture, including LLM, generative AI, agentic AI, MCP, RAG, vector database, and chatbot solutions. Oversees data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud and on-premises platforms, AI governance, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Partners with engineering and business leaders, communicates with executives, mentors technical teams, and delivers scalable solutions within the life insurance domain using AWS, .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Angular.

Deliver and implement Liberty National training systems across field agencies, schedule and conduct webinars/meetings, create training materials, mentor field supervisors/directors, monitor field performance, manage travel and expenses, and complete weekly field reports to drive adoption and efficiency.
