Lead MEAL strategy, implementation, capacity building, and learning across CRS Philippines and FSM. Design monitoring systems, evaluations, surveys, accountability mechanisms, data quality assurance, and ICT4D/GIS-enabled data management. Supervise MEAL officers, support proposal MEAL design, generate learning products, and coordinate with partners and government to improve program quality and adaptive management.

Provide administrative and field operations support for the Innovative Climate Finance - Carbon Pilot Project: manage communications, prepare and process transactional documents, perform data entry and verification, support travel/logistics and events, maintain property and vehicle records (VMS), and perform assigned Insight system requisition functions.

Provide strategic regional financial leadership and oversight for country and program offices: budgeting, grant accounting, financial controls, ERP and reporting improvements, audit support, cash management, monthly financial reviews, capacity building, and acting as principal finance business partner to regional leadership.

Manage CRS Egypt livelihoods portfolio: lead project design, implementation, financial oversight, MEAL, capacity strengthening, partner engagement, proposal development, staff supervision, safeguarding, and representation to donors and stakeholders.

Provide regional technical leadership for humanitarian programming in Latin America and the Caribbean, strengthen capacity of regional and country teams and partners, support proposal design and M&E, lead learning and training initiatives, represent CRS in regional forums, and assume temporary leadership roles for strategic humanitarian programs. Ensure cross-sectoral, gender‑sensitive, safe and dignified programming aligned with agency standards and donor requirements.

Lead and edit donor-focused concept notes, expressions of interest, and full proposals for international development. Collaborate with technical leads and partners, ensure local context, align with donor requirements and CRS standards, develop proposal tools and trainings, and provide surge writing support across sectors.

Manage and implement earthquake emergency response projects in Venezuela with partner Caritas Venezuela. Ensure partnership quality, program design, MEAL-informed monitoring, financial oversight, capacity strengthening, proposal input, and learning to deliver WASH, shelter, food, protection/MHPSS assistance.

Lead project design and capture for strategic funding opportunities, advise teams on proposal development and MEAL, facilitate design workshops, maintain ProPack resources, track donor trends, and support capacity-building and cross-regional coordination to produce competitive proposals.

Provide MEAL technical advice and capacity strengthening to country teams and partners across RAPID and EMPOWER projects. Support MEAL system design and implementation, digital data-collection tools (Kobo/CommCare), data management, analysis, visualization, feedback and complaints systems, proposal MEAL components, and documentation. Conduct trainings, capture lessons learned, and represent CRS with donors and partners to improve program quality and accountability.
