Provides second-line regulatory compliance counsel for a credit union. Responsibilities include reviewing disclosures, training, marketing, advertising, and member-facing materials; researching legal and regulatory questions; reviewing complaints; assessing vendor compliance risks; monitoring regulatory changes; supporting audits and examinations; and collaborating with business teams. The role requires knowledge of financial institution regulations and strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Provides investment, life insurance, trust, estate planning, and retirement planning guidance to credit union members through branch, telephone, and digital channels. Builds ongoing member relationships, recommends suitable financial products, meets productivity and KPI targets, collaborates with colleagues, trains member-facing staff, and maintains regulatory compliance. Requires relevant licensing, continuing education, strong communication, independent judgment, and occasional training travel.

Supports regulatory compliance testing, monitoring, risk assessments, training review, compliance recordkeeping, and metric reporting for a credit union. Reviews first-line business functions for regulatory gaps, escalates issues, tracks compliance indicators, and helps maintain awareness of changing laws and regulations. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services.

Develop and maintain enterprise Adobe Experience Manager applications and Adobe Cloud integrations. Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions, build components and workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and create automated integration tests. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, conduct code and design reviews, support platform architecture and administration, estimate work, refine backlogs, and mentor junior engineers. Participate in on-call support and help evolve development standards, platform capabilities, and application security practices.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial and vendor contracts; develops contract guidelines, templates, and clauses; advises business units on legal risks and operational decisions; coordinates with outside counsel; monitors legal developments; and manages competing priorities independently.

Work with credit reporting specialists to research and respond to consumer credit disputes under FCRA and Metro 2® rules, validate and correct reporting data, communicate with members, complete training, and ensure accurate credit reporting and positive member experience.

Provides operational, quality control, and transaction-processing support for tax-advantaged accounts, including IRAs, HSAs, and retirement plans. Processes withdrawals, conversions, QCDs, and recurring distributions; reconciles general ledgers; corrects minor errors; audits account documentation; and responds to basic member and branch inquiries. The associate also completes training on IRS rules, retirement account mechanics, and credit union compliance procedures.

Supports personal lines insurance operations through underwriting quality control, policy retention, remarketing, servicing, quoting, compliance resolution, carrier communications, and member assistance. Provides software and process support to insurance specialists, handles policy inquiries, and issues specialized-line policies. Requires property and casualty insurance expertise, agency management system experience, carrier relationship skills, and active North Carolina insurance licensing or licensure within one month.

Manage automobile repossession cases from initiation through collateral disposition, coordinating recovery agents and remarketing vendors. Ensure compliance with repossession laws, FDCPA, SCRA, bankruptcy requirements, and internal policies. Process payoffs, reinstatements, expenses, sale proceeds, deficiency notices, and charge-offs. Maintain accurate servicing-system records, verify lien documentation, monitor vendor performance, reconcile financial transactions, and escalate contested or legally complex cases.

Supports Workday Source to Pay implementation, maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, governance, training, change management, supplier performance management, and procurement process improvement. Performs data mining, cleansing, harmonization, reporting, dashboard development, data validation, and procurement analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and relational databases. Partners with cross-functional teams to maintain controls, document workflow changes, and deliver accurate procurement metrics and reports.
