Supports Landing’s Legal team with legal correspondence, member matters, contract review and negotiation, compliance guidance, regulatory monitoring, and coordination with outside counsel, insurers, and government agencies. The role also maintains legal templates and processes, advises cross-functional teams on legal risk, and manages multiple active matters in English and Spanish from the Mexico City office.

Lead a team of Reservation Sales Specialists to achieve quotas and improve booked nights, conversion, call quality, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene. Provide real-time coaching, manage escalations, enforce CRM discipline, analyze performance data, and partner with Support, Billing, and Operations. Improve sales processes through automation and AI workflows while building a high-performance culture. The role is fully on-site in Mexico City.

Reconcile member accounts, process refunds, credits, and appeasements, support billing audits and variance tracking, resolve discrepancies, and respond to member billing inquiries. The role requires careful analysis, strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams in an on-site Birmingham office environment.

Own paid and organic social to drive awareness and booked apartments. Run full-funnel paid campaigns, build an organic voice and creative, execute rapid tests, produce creative assets, and deliver measurable CAC and revenue impact. Also create owner-facing content for LinkedIn.

Lead revenue and pricing strategy across a nationwide portfolio, scaling ML-driven pricing models. Drive dynamic pricing, elasticity tests, scenario modeling, and dashboards (Python/SQL/Looker). Partner cross-functionally to optimize occupancy, RevPAR, and channel mix, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
