Meets opportunity creation goals, supports pipeline reviews, and shares market intelligence with the sales team.

Manage B2B corporate accounts across Michigan, Indiana, and surrounding territories. Drive revenue growth through prospecting, new account development, market expansion, and relationship management. Support existing customers, communicate rental products and programs, monitor market trends, maintain sales activity reports, and execute strategic account plans. The hybrid role requires territory travel, strong communication, networking, business acumen, organizational skills, and independent decision-making.

Lead Hertz's national Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work programs, oversee TPAs and vendors, review complex claims and settlements, drive regulatory compliance and financial stewardship, analyze data and dashboards to improve outcomes, support actuarial and insurance activities, and partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Finance, and Legal to reduce lost time and implement loss-control solutions.
