Leads the TechShare business application platform, managing IT developers, analysts, vendors, application delivery, operational support, roadmap strategy, integrations, project portfolios, governance, compliance, budgets, and team development. Technical lead for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform CRM engineering practice. Requires extensive Subaru vehicle knowledge, Master Technician credentials, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Siebel.

Designs, configures, enhances, maintains, and supports enterprise WMS applications. Develops integrations, reports, utilities, and system enhancements; troubleshoots application, configuration, data, and interface issues using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; performs query optimization and testing; supports deployments and production incidents; documents solutions; and collaborates with warehouse operations, business analysts, vendors, and technical teams. The role also contributes to the WMS roadmap and participates in scheduled on-call support.

Supports compensation program administration through job evaluation, market pricing, benchmarking, pay analysis, salary structures, incentive plans, merit processes, bonus administration, and compliance reviews. Maintains compensation systems and reporting tools, validates employee data, supports payroll and HR systems activities, and partners with HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and business leaders. The role also assists with audits, process improvements, relocation and COLA programs, and compensation-related projects.

Leads Subaru brand strategy implementation across a designated zone, advising retailers and District Sales Managers on marketing programs, sales targets, incentives, budgets, merchandising, and communications. Manages retailer engagement, advertising funds, promotional planning, and zone marketing events, partnering with experiential, motorsports, and auto show teams. Requires strong communication, negotiation, leadership, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with extensive travel to retailers, offices, and events.

Leads Subaru’s electric vehicle business planning, cross-functional launch coordination, battery lifecycle strategy, regulatory compliance, and market analysis. Coordinates Alliance partners and internal departments, manages milestones and critical paths, supports executive decisions, evaluates EV incentives, and develops recycling, disposal, and second-life battery solutions. The role also provides risk mitigation, contingency planning, and program management for evolving EV initiatives.

Leads enterprise AI and intelligent automation strategy, including Generative AI, machine learning, and RPA initiatives. Manages a multidisciplinary IT team, budgets, vendors, governance, project portfolios, and end-to-end solution delivery. Partners with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities, develop business cases, ensure compliance and security, and deliver scalable solutions with measurable business value. The role is hybrid in Camden, New Jersey, with 15% domestic and international travel.

Leads IT business alignment, demand intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, requirements definition, and value realization.
