Develops and coordinates compliant marketing communications for life insurance and annuity products across digital, print, email, web, and agent-facing channels. Responsibilities include copywriting, editing, compliance review coordination, brand consistency, agent marketing support, product education, campaign tracking, performance analysis, and cross-functional project support.

Lead actuarial model development and governance for life and annuity products using Prophet 360. Responsibilities include financial reporting, cash flow testing, principles-based reserving, ALM, ERM, assumption setting, experience studies, regulatory analysis, validation, process automation, and mentoring actuarial associates or interns. The role collaborates with Finance, Risk, and IT and is fully in-office in Kansas City, Missouri.

Supports internal counsel with corporate governance, regulatory filings, corporate records, legal document preparation, subpoenas, claims matters, vendor and contract administration, and legal department operations. The role maintains filing calendars, coordinates attorney support activities, processes legal correspondence, and collaborates with internal partners and regulatory agencies. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.

Supports corporate accounting through monthly close journal entries, expense analysis, budget variance research, allocations, reconciliations, tax filings, financial statement schedules, and expense and invoice processing. The role also provides departmental spending reports, assists with budgeting, researches general ledger issues, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.

Provides administrative and customer service support for mutual fund operations, including application and data processing, correspondence, address updates, purchase forwarding, policy maintenance, mail distribution, filing, imaging, and periodic reporting projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, effective prioritization, and proficiency in learning new procedures and technology.

Develop and maintain automated tests for applications and user stories using C# and Selenium or comparable tools. Execute test suites, troubleshoot failures, prepare test data, document results, maintain reusable framework components, and collaborate with QA, developers, and business partners. The role supports functional and regression testing for life insurance and annuity systems and offers training to build automation expertise.

Leads the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, deliverables, and project teams while ensuring successful project outcomes. Provides project leadership, assigns tasks, communicates progress, mentors team members, and escalates significant issues. Requires at least two years of project management experience and an associate or bachelor’s degree.
