Manage and grow key potash customer accounts in Regina/Saskatoon. Build trusted-advisor relationships, deliver client-focused solutions, document total cost of ownership initiatives, and ensure customers derive maximum value from Westburne products and services.

Develop and grow accounts focused on mining and natural-resources customers in Regina. Prospect and onboard new clients, build vendor relationships, meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, support branch/project teams, and mentor colleagues.

Sell and promote electrical products through building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new and repeat business, providing product selection and quotations, using digital tools/CRMs, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining records, and participating in training and vendor demonstrations.

Manage inventory parameters and forecasts to optimize stock levels across distribution centers and branches. Collaborate with sales, buyers and suppliers to place bulk orders, handle promotions, returns, surpluses, substitutions, and KPI monitoring. Analyze lifecycle, stockouts, excess inventory, and replenishment flows, and produce forecasts and reports to support purchasing and supplier managers.

Handle inbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, support outside sales, prospect and grow accounts, maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and use company digital tools and product knowledge to increase profitable sales.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by delivering excellent phone, face-to-face, and email service. Develop new business, hit branch sales targets, build client rapport, act as first point of contact for key accounts, and support branch operations including trade counter duties and picking/packing when needed.

Support outside sales by driving automation product (VFD, MCC, gear) sales: provide technical support, product selection, training, quotations, develop sales strategies, mentor junior specialists, and manage customer relationships to move projects through the sales cycle.

Handle phone and counter sales, process orders, inquiries and quotes, confirm stock and suggest alternatives, prepare small contracting job quotes, provide product knowledge, and occasionally pick, receive and ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, maintain and grow a defined customer base, prospect for new accounts, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, resolve customer issues, support outside sales, and participate in product training to increase profitable sales.

Drive sales growth and provide pre- and post-sales technical support for power and VFD products. Develop sales strategies, prepare reports and quotations, troubleshoot customer issues, deliver technical training, collaborate with sales and purchasing, and manage project opportunities through the sales cycle.
