Support deployment, integration, and optimization of warehouse automation systems. Troubleshoot integrations with WMS/WCS/WES, monitor KPIs, develop SOPs, coordinate maintenance, and support continuous improvement and commissioning activities.

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and associates on 1st shift, focusing on safety, productivity, customer service, and budgeting. Duties include scheduling, hiring/training, rate negotiation with carriers, auditing labor/billing, daily closeouts/cash balancing, reporting, and enforcing company policies. This role trains to run portions of the site and supports operational performance and continuous improvement.

Perform general warehouse tasks including loading/unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, housekeeping, and other duties. Requires physical stamina for fast-paced work and lifting 25–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Provide HR generalist support for a designated client group: manage tickets, I-9s, background checks, associate relations, HR transactions in HCM, train managers, administer PTO, advise on policies and laws, and support HR program deployment and process improvements.

Perform audits of inbound and outbound freight pallets, conduct pre-shift equipment checks, verify product counts, and carry out other site-directed duties. Role is physical and fast-paced, requires regular lifting and following site safety and quality procedures. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is helpful but training provided.
