Manage and customize the company’s Salesforce CRM, including configuration, workflows, integrations, user permissions, data integrity, security, reports, dashboards, and release testing. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain compliance, identify process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support cross-functional projects and implementations.

Performs accounting and finance functions for consortiums and cooperatives, including claims payments, cash transactions, billing, invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, stop-loss reporting, aggregate reporting, and cash management. Maintains accounting systems, analyzes enrollment and financial data, supports senior finance staff, and completes general finance division tasks.

Performs accounting, financial reporting, invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, claims processing, reconciliations, database management, and audit support. Maintains accounting procedures, ensures accurate and timely client reporting, and may oversee finance specialists or assist with internal audits and special projects. Requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication, organization, and proficiency with NetSuite, Excel, and Access.

Coordinates and completes Form 5500 and M-1 regulatory filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions for clients and partners. Advises clients on filing-related compliance matters, prepares department communications and website content, coordinates government opt-out notices, and supports stop-loss tracking. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports Account Managers by administering public and private sector employer groups, communicating with clients, brokers, vendors, and carriers, and resolving benefits-related issues. Prepares client reports, presentations, claims forms, invoices, coverage certificates, and renewal statements. Maintains Excel spreadsheets, coordinates meetings and training events, assists with plan implementations, explains basic compliance and actuarial concepts, and may shop health and ancillary insurance products.
