Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for management of the company’s Salesforce CRM system and other key corporate data assets. Responsible for ensuring effective data integration among and between corporate data assets. Responsible for user and license management, data integrity, system security, and platform customization. Responsible for recognizing organizational process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, project planning, technical solution design, and successful implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for system administration, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements, including fields, layouts, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, including data and workflow errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, including data import, export, and cleanup.
- Test and implement Salesforce releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and training users on Salesforce features.
- Create, update, and manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
- Identify areas for improvement in Salesforce usage and recommend new features or solutions.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage special projects as assigned by Benecon leadership.

Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit or stand and type utilizing computer for up to 90% of the workday.
- Must be able to talk on the phone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business or Information Systems.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Requires 3-5 years prior experience working on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Prior experience working with healthcare or health insurance data is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format required.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and other software, web-based programs, etc. required.
- Ability to learn and apply new technology and software required.
- Requires the ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Requires the ability to work on multiple projects and to shift priorities.
- Requires developed customer service skills.
- A professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Requires advanced problem solving and reasoning skills.
- Experience with use of Tableau is preferred.
Skills Required
