Own EVEREVE’s retail app strategy, roadmap, customer journey, experimentation, and performance. Manage app platform execution, third-party technology partners, digital capability roadmaps, business cases, and cross-functional launches across desktop, mobile web, and app. Use analytics, customer insights, experimentation, and AI opportunities to improve personalization, conversion, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Owns the Digital team’s data foundation, BI ecosystem, and performance measurement framework. Designs data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, governed datasets, semantic models, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting. Develops financial models, supports experimentation and AI-enabled analytics, and translates customer, operational, and financial data into actionable growth recommendations. Serves as the subject matter expert for data governance, metric definitions, reporting quality, and analytics best practices while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Own the digital shopping product strategy and roadmap across desktop, mobile web, and app. Lead discovery, acquisition, search, navigation, landing pages, personalization, SEO, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer experiences. Use funnel data, customer insights, and analytics to prioritize initiatives, improve conversion and engagement, and guide cross-functional delivery. Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Stores, and technology vendors while strengthening product management practices and KPI ownership.

Manages high-volume e-commerce item data operations, including product setup, enrichment, descriptions, fit notes, taxonomy, metafields, promotions, gift cards, store listings, and lifecycle updates. Ensures data quality, governance, structured machine-readable content, and AI readiness across digital commerce systems. Partners with merchandising, marketing, technology, creative, buying, inventory, and store operations teams to resolve data issues, improve workflows, support automation, and maintain accurate publishing and product availability.

Manage daily headquarters operations, facilities, vendors, office supplies, budgets, mailroom activities, building relationships, space planning, safety protocols, guest reception, meeting logistics, and executive administrative support. Maintain a welcoming, secure, and functional workplace while coordinating events, vendor services, invoices, inventory, and operational improvement projects.

Lead design and direction for the knit tops category: research trends, define seasonal color and story, create Illustrator CADs and sketches, collaborate with buyers, technical design, sourcing, and vendors, manage development and approvals, and oversee multiple seasons to ensure cohesive, commercially viable knit top assortments from concept through production.
