Leads Fellow’s global direct-to-consumer and e-commerce business, owning performance reporting, forecasting, P&L analysis, growth marketing, paid media, lifecycle retention, digital product direction, analytics, vendor management, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Brand, Marketing, Product, and Operations while managing agencies and optimizing customer acquisition, retention, cohort behavior, LTV, and channel growth using BigQuery, Amplitude, Looker, Shopify, and AI-enabled workflows.

Identify, prospect, and close new independent and small-chain restaurant and hospitality customers within an assigned territory. Conduct daily field prospecting, meet sales targets, develop territory selling strategies, maintain CRM pipeline records, and use sales tools to negotiate and close deals. The role requires extensive in-person cold calling, consultative selling, strong communication, daily driving within the territory, and occasional overnight travel.

Oversee and improve IT systems, infrastructure, and services while supporting reliable, secure, and efficient operations. Implement IT strategy, enforce policies and compliance with HIPAA and FDA requirements, conduct audits and security assessments, coordinate IT projects, resolve business application disruptions, and maintain service desk and operational documentation.

Design and document enterprise technology architectures, roadmaps, integrations, and cloud solutions for DHS hosting environments using Azure, AWS, and TRIRIGA/Maximo. Ensure compliance with DHS enterprise architecture standards, FedRAMP, ATO, and browser-independent responsive design requirements. Provide technical guidance, resolve complex IT issues, support application integrations with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure services, and communicate solutions to technical and managerial stakeholders. The role also manages people and supports migration and implementation initiatives.

Manage technical relationships with POS providers and restaurant partners, supporting integrations, deployments, escalations, and production issue resolution. Diagnose problems, implement configurations and workarounds, coordinate technical projects, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Document engagements, prioritize support tickets, gather partner feedback, and develop automation and process improvements to increase reliability and operational efficiency.

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including billing, cash posting, collections, credit memos, discrepancy resolution, customer inquiries, and financial record accuracy. Collaborate with Sales and Pricing, ensure policy compliance, support audits, communicate financial issues, and assist with accounting system updates. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Liquid Staking/Restaking products. Drive development, launch, and growth by collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing. Gather stakeholder and user feedback, perform competitive and market research, and prioritize data-driven product improvements to increase adoption and differentiation.

Own end-to-end analytics across marketing, revenue, product, and partnerships. Build reliable data models and semantic layers in a lakehouse, maintain dashboards and monitoring, investigate anomalies, conduct experimentation, and translate complex analyses into recommendations for senior stakeholders. The role requires advanced SQL, Python, data modeling, stakeholder communication, autonomy, and mentoring, with responsibility for improving data quality and building analytical standards in a high-growth startup.
