Execute and maintain Terraform and Ansible infrastructure scripts, monitor AWS GovCloud environments, manage Android Enterprise kiosk configurations, respond to operational alerts using documented playbooks, and escalate issues beyond established procedures. The role requires disciplined technical operations experience, US citizenship, and successful completion of a federal background investigation.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for sports organizations across North America, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Build pipeline independently, manage strategic account plans, develop executive and operational relationships, and close complex $20K–$200K ARR deals with 3–9 month sales cycles. Lead consultative presentations, coordinate evaluations with Solutions and Customer Success, maintain forecasts, and support successful handoffs. Regular travel to client sites, league offices, and industry events is required.

Designs and develops Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure for inference and distributed model training. Responsibilities include writing Go-based controllers, operators, APIs, CLIs, and developer tools; optimizing serverless container workflows, GPU scheduling, autoscaling, reliability, security, and workload isolation; and monitoring Kubernetes ecosystem advancements. The role collaborates with technical teams to solve complex distributed-systems challenges and influence the product roadmap.
