Designs and owns cloud-to-on-premises migration strategies for satellite ground segment infrastructure. Responsibilities include defining architecture, identifying AWS replacements, specifying hardware and facilities, supporting customer proposals and deployments, creating migration tooling and documentation, and delivering operational training. Serves as a Hamilton County court magistrate, conducting criminal and civil hearings, evidentiary proceedings, trials, sentencing, and jury verdicts. Issues warrants, subpoenas, bail orders, and final orders; administers oaths; enforces court rules; and reports findings. Reviews case files, collaborates with judges and justice-system professionals, supervises assigned court staff, and serves rotating night-court and 24-hour emergency on-call duties.

Drive technical wins for enterprise deals from discovery through close. Lead technical discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, proofs of concept, competitive displacement, migration architecture, TCO modeling, business cases, demos, and partner relationships. Maintain post-sale continuity, provide technical handoffs, and relay competitive intelligence to architecture and product teams. The role focuses on latency-critical financial services, payments, telecommunications, and related environments.

Provides interior design advice and customer support through email, chat, and phone. Manages orders, returns, refunds, inventory updates, email lists, and customer communications using Zendesk. Supports e-commerce operations, satisfaction follow-ups, process improvements, and related projects while working weekends.

Supports daily operations of a 416-unit residential community, including policy compliance, staff supervision, leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, budgeting, profitability, cost control, vendor coordination, and resident issue resolution. The role requires strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and occasional support at other properties or training locations. Weekend shifts, golf cart operation, outdoor work, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
