Directs the City's finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, receivables, cash and investments, reporting, budgeting, purchasing compliance, asset inventory, and financial systems. Supervises six employees, develops internal controls and policies, prepares the annual comprehensive financial report, coordinates audits, advises City departments, and ensures compliance with governmental accounting standards and applicable laws.

Provides strategic financial leadership across a behavioral healthcare division. Oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and resource management. Partners with corporate and facility leadership to support growth, evaluate financial risks, improve processes, and maintain fiscal integrity. Supervises and develops finance staff while collaborating with admissions, utilization review, clinical, operational, auditors, financial institutions, payors, and regulatory stakeholders.

Provides administrative and office support for a manufacturing plant, including phone and visitor reception, filing, scheduling, shipment documentation, purchase orders, invoice processing, inventory tracking, safety recordkeeping, data entry, and administrative projects. The role also handles confidential information and provides backup customer service support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Outlook 365, and administrative systems is required.

Support administration and oversight of alternative investment funds including capital calls, distributions, NAV/valuation review, cash monitoring, tax/audit support, AML/KYC coordination, reporting, and process improvements while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for managed-service clients by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, escalating, and maintaining workstations, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, endpoint security, VoIP, and storage systems. Maintains documentation, supports customer calls, improves processes, and mentors Tier 1 technicians. This is an onsite Monday-to-Friday role with rotating on-call coverage two to three times annually.

Oversee global finance and accounting operations, including consolidation, compliance, audits, reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, and indirect cost rates. Advise executive leadership on financial risks and opportunities, ensure compliance with US Government and donor requirements, manage external stakeholders, and support accounting teams across multiple countries. The role also develops policies, controls, systems, pricing strategies, proposal budgets, and cost-recovery processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership: manage calendars and Outlook scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, handle correspondence, maintain records and office supplies, run errands and frequent Bay Area site visits, support Finance/HR/Operations/IT on ad-hoc tasks, manage board meeting logistics and minutes, and produce the organization-wide newsletter.

Provide customer-facing banking services including transactions, deposit account opening/maintenance/closings, protect customer information, build relationships, identify product solutions, support business development, follow regulations and complete required training.
