Designs, develops, implements, administers, and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related enterprise applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution architecture, customization, integrations, workflow and automation development, reporting, testing, documentation, training, security and data governance, system administration, and end-user support. The role collaborates with stakeholders and consultants to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and automation, while supporting technology enhancements and project initiatives.

Provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to Sales and Marketing. Maintains CRM and ERP data, tracks opportunities, prepares forecasts and KPI reports, analyzes sales trends, coordinates marketing activities and events, and serves as a bilingual English-Japanese liaison with the company’s Japan headquarters. Supports cross-functional communication, documentation, budgeting, process improvement, and occasional travel for training and business events.

Owns end-to-end product marketing and commercialization for wide-format printing hardware, software, and ink products. Develops omnichannel go-to-market strategies across DTC e-commerce, big-box retail, and dealer networks; manages pricing, product lifecycle, P&L support, retail merchandising, performance marketing, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and channel training. Requires deep digital inkjet printing expertise, strong market and financial analysis, and experience launching products from the ground up.
