Owns the technical delivery of customer SaaS implementations from requirements discovery and solution design through planning, coordination, and launch. Partners with customers, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and QA to translate business needs into technical specifications, implementation plans, project tickets, timelines, and milestones. Manages dependencies, risks, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and customer technical guidance throughout implementation.
