Lead startup attraction and localization in Louisiana by working hands-on with physical-tech startups to enable pilots, demonstrations, and early commercial deployments. Coordinate site selection, incentives, supply-chain partners, and technical scoping with regional stakeholders, utilities, and public agencies. Track deployment requirements, build localization playbooks, and support reporting, market research, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate commercialization.
