Serve as the CEO and Founder’s strategic operational partner by managing complex calendars, briefings, communications, domestic and international travel, executive events, stakeholder relationships, and select personal logistics. Coordinate with executive leadership on special initiatives, resolve operational bottlenecks independently, protect the CEO’s time, and maintain strict confidentiality while remaining accessible for time-sensitive issues.

Develops brand and marketing copy across campaigns, websites, product detail pages, UX journeys, broadcast emails, and automated lifecycle sequences. Collaborates with creative and video teams on campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and narratives. Uses generative AI, custom prompts, and brand-trained LLM workflows to accelerate research and copy iteration while preserving brand voice. Translates technical product specifications into compelling benefits for tradespeople and manages projects from brief through execution.

Own and execute lifecycle marketing across Email and SMS (Klaviyo & Postscript): design multi-step flows, segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability, integration troubleshooting, cross-functional planning, and measurement to drive repeat purchase and LTV.

Sole internal QA engineer responsible for test strategy, executing end-to-end functional and integration tests across Shopify and back-end systems, managing UAT and defects in Jira, implementing automation and CI testing, and reporting quality metrics to leadership. Collaborates cross-functionally and supports releases including occasional off-hours.

Lead paid search and shopping across Google and Microsoft, bring search and SEO in-house, manage vendor transitions, own Merchant Center and feed health, build technical SEO and AI-driven content strategy, run reporting and incrementality tests, and grow non-brand search revenue for a DTC/eCommerce brand.
