The Loaner Associate manages receiving, warehousing, loaner instrument processing, inventory control, reverse logistics, inspections, sterilization, shipping, and cycle counts. The role requires maintaining accurate loaner sets, reconciling discrepancies, processing returns and recalls, supporting customer service, following regulated procedures, and maintaining safe, high-quality operations. Occasional overtime, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for most of the day are required.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery of applications for a medical device surgical platform. Aligns customer, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and engineering needs; supports risk management, design reviews, technical investigations, and post-market feedback. Represents product progress to executives and ensures compliance with medical device standards, including ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and 21 CFR 820.

Develops new medical device technologies, robotic systems, instrumentation, and hardware for hip and knee implants. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, structural calculations, tolerance analysis, design verification and validation, manufacturing documentation, testing, risk management, Design History File maintenance, and CAPA support. The role collaborates with quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and production teams while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA requirements.

Develops and supports robotic medical technology devices and integrated hardware, software, firmware, and instrumentation systems. Responsibilities include systems architecture, requirements management, risk management, verification and validation planning, technical file and design history documentation, traceability, regulatory submissions, lifecycle support, and CAPA activities. Collaborates with R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, subsystem owners, and project managers while adhering to ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
