The Technical Operator will support the Sprint team by ensuring safe equipment operation, managing daily progress on scheduled work, maintaining health and safety standards, and assisting in the development and testing of innovative packaging solutions. Responsibilities include effective communication, collaboration with R&D and Product Development teams, and continuous improvement of production and quality standards.
