Serve as primary liaison and strategic advisor to Army G-46 SES leadership, overseeing a complex portfolio of logistics modernization projects. Lead government and contractor teams, manage cross-program risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, conduct executive briefings, and ensure alignment of resources, documentation, and decision-making for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Designs, engineers, and operates secure, scalable hybrid cloud environments for a DoD customer using Azure and AWS. Provides cloud architecture, systems engineering, requirements analysis, automation, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and advanced customer support. Formulate and solve large-scale mathematical optimization and resource-allocation problems (LP, IP, MIP). Build and validate optimization models and decision-support tools, apply heuristics and constraint programming, perform trade-space and sensitivity analyses, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership in secure government contexts.

Provides on-site NMCI point-of-contact and IT support for Navy customers. Maintains seat orders, employee and asset records, software licensing, MAC requests, permissions, and customer documentation. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, Outlook, printers, workstations, phones, and audiovisual equipment. Coordinates issue escalation with NMCI, NAVAIR, contractors, and base support teams while supporting classified and unclassified meetings and ensuring compliance with NMCI procedures.

Provide expert cloud architecture and security guidance for secure multi‑cloud environments supporting USAF mission systems. Lead cloud migrations, design reference architectures, advise on governance/ATO, and drive technical discussions with stakeholders and vendors.

Design, implement, and optimize secure multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle) architectures and migrations for DoD environments. Support automation, systems integration, ATO/FedRAMP compliance, infrastructure security, documentation, and cross-functional cloud modernization initiatives.

Develop and deploy ML/AI models and data-driven solutions to support DoD operational planning. Responsibilities include end-to-end data modeling, preprocessing, analysis, visualization/dashboarding, and collaborating with planners and operators to deliver secure, mission-focused analytics.

Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint services in a DoD environment including site creation, permissions, migrations, workflows, databases, monitoring, and user support. Develop improvements, document change/configuration management, and collaborate across teams. Onsite role near Redstone Arsenal requiring Secret clearance.
