The Program Analyst will provide administrative and operations support for Foreign Military Sales activities, manage taskers, documentation, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Lead an on-site enterprise cybersecurity program for DoD/intelligence customers: translate requirements into technical plans, manage multidisciplinary teams, enforce RMF/NIST/DISA/DFARS compliance, oversee risk assessments and incident response, implement quality assurance, drive cybersecurity metrics and continuous improvement, and maintain stakeholder communication and account access control.

Provide technical leadership for enterprise data analytics: design analytical architectures, implement systems and databases, apply statistical and engineering methods, build and optimize SQL analytical structures, guide BI platform selection, ensure data quality and performance, perform tradeoff analyses, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, API, cloud-native, and AI-enabled applications. Develop test plans and frameworks, integrate automated tests into CI/CD, validate data and databases, track defects, perform security and performance testing, and support Agile ceremonies to ensure product quality and compliance.

Manage and maintain Windows and VMware ESX hardware and virtual environments. Perform system administration, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation (IAVAs/ACAS/STIGs), AD account tasks, backup/recovery, and documentation. Support OS/software installs, VM troubleshooting, and security compliance for development, test, and production environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud and on-prem data architectures and ELT/ETL pipelines. Ensure data quality, lineage, and security; prepare data for AI/ML and analytics. Collaborate with analysts, AI engineers, and software teams, automate ingestion and transformation, and optimize performance and cost.

Monitor, detect, analyze, and escalate cyber threats and intrusions using SIEMs and other defense tools. Perform event correlation, threat research (OSINT/IOCs), traffic analysis, reporting, and RMF/CONMON support. Coordinate with cyber defense staff and support secure network design and mitigation efforts.
