The Director of HR will lead operational and strategic people functions across multiple geographies, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, culture, and workforce planning. The role partners with executive leadership to build scalable HR infrastructure, support rapid growth, develop managers, and align people strategy with business objectives.

Lead 1–2 strategic consulting engagements, managing scope, staffing, timelines, quality, recommendations, client relationships, and profitability. Direct teams of 2–4, coach members, lead executive workshops and strategy sessions, develop evidence-based storylines, create tailored engagement approaches, scope extensions, and collaborate with research, data science, and analyst teams. Engagement areas include growth strategy, GTM enablement, M&A diligence, war gaming, and corporate strategy.

Manage strategic consulting workstreams from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and client presentation. Lead one or two Associates, review their work, manage client communications, adapt data-driven insights, and support challenging engagements including war games, buyer interviews, and diligence. Identify follow-up opportunities and contribute to projects involving identity, fraud, financial crime, cybersecurity, and related regulations.
