Provide on-site Tier 1-3 IT support at the Folsom site including hardware, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint and identity management, VPN, printers, AV, and meeting-room technology; manage device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, inventory, secure-site procedures, documentation, and ticket resolution while adhering to change-control and government security requirements (Top Secret clearance).

Lead corporate network strategy, architecture, operations, and lifecycle across offices, engineering, manufacturing, and mission sites. Modernize and standardize LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, segmentation, monitoring, and carrier relationships. Ensure reliability, security, compliance (CMMC, ITAR/EAR, CUI), audit readiness, disaster recovery, and vendor/financial management. Build and coach a high-performing team and partner with cybersecurity and IT to support rapid site growth and operational maturity.

Lead end-to-end execution of solid rocket motor design and manufacturing programs from proposal through qualification. Own schedule, cost (EVM), and technical performance; manage IMS baseline, interface with customers and subcontractors, identify and mitigate program risks, and ensure compliance with safety, explosives, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and improve the AS9100-certified QMS, enforce quality standards across product lifecycle, perform inspections, manage NCRs/CAPA and supplier audits, support audits, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to ensure aerospace and defense program readiness.

Perform hands-on security monitoring and analysis, investigate and document incidents, support vulnerability and risk remediation, and maintain audit-ready compliance evidence (NIST/CMMC/DFARS/ITAR). Partner with IT, engineering, and managed providers to prioritize fixes, improve detections, and support controlled-data handling and user enablement in a regulated defense/aerospace environment.
