Interface with program managers, finance, contracts, and procurement to align program financials and improve tools, processes, and reporting standards.

The Mechanical Engineer V will lead complex testing activities, develop custom fixtures, and produce detailed designs. The role involves project management, systems engineering, and analysis, requiring extensive mechanical engineering experience and expertise in communication and technical writing.

Design, build, and operate secure, compliant data platforms and pipelines across AWS GovCloud and Azure Government. Lead cloud migrations, implement DataOps CI/CD, manage Microsoft Fabric platform, ensure data quality and governance (NIST 800-171/DFARS/ITAR), and provide Tier 3 support for analytics workloads. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable lakehouse/warehouse architectures, automate infrastructure with IaC, and maintain compliance and incident runbooks.

Win initial contracts, expand within customers (land-and-expand), commercialize mission-proven software as repeatable COTS/SaaS products, manage capture lifecycle (RFIs/RFPs), track market and competition, report pipeline to executives, and engage DoD, Intelligence Community, and allied customers. Drive cross-functional commercialization and product-first growth culture.

Lead site AS9100D/ISO 9001 quality and mission assurance for multiple flight programs. Manage audits, MRB, NCR/CAR/SCAR workflows, supplier quality, EIDP approvals, and enforce space-grade workmanship. Mentor and allocate a quality/inspection team, ensure ITAR/CUI compliance, and support cleanroom/ESD controls and continuous improvement.

Senior-level engineer leading modeling, simulation, and controls for propulsion and aerospace systems. Develops high-fidelity models, control algorithms, simulation architectures, performance and ballistics analysis, and leads multidisciplinary teams. Interfaces with DoD customers, mentors junior engineers, ensures V&V and configuration control, and supports proposal and program technical strategy.
