Requires Nebraska residency, regional travel, technical support experience, hardware and networking expertise, help desk and CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Own a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build trusted relationships, conduct success planning and business reviews, provide VR hardware and software onboarding, track usage, mitigate retention risks, and manage commercial account activities. Collaborate with support and educational services teams, improve post-sale processes, and maintain accurate customer data and reporting in Salesforce. Travel 10–15% and attend conferences or in-person customer engagements.

Generate and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities for a VR medical simulation product. Responsibilities include pipeline development, conference and event participation, prospect engagement, presentations and demonstrations, negotiation, contract closing, customer relationship management, renewals, upsells, and coordination with customer success and support teams. This is a remote U.S. role requiring travel to conferences and consultation meetings.
