Manages warehouse operations, staff development, budgets, vendor contracts, safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and client-focused initiatives. Oversees warehouse accuracy, employee morale, emergency operations, and adherence to cGMP, SOPs, FDA, DEA, ISO, VAWD, and customs requirements. The role requires healthcare distribution experience, supervisory leadership, ERP and warehouse management system expertise, data analysis, budget tracking, and occasional travel.

Recruits exempt and non-exempt employees, conducts interviews, manages HR records and status changes, supports employee relations and separations, administers HR policies, coordinates background checks and drug testing, assists with organizational development initiatives, and maintains communication with government agencies.

Manages FTZ/DEA inventory control, customs documentation, import and export compliance, shipment receipts, inventory audits, regulatory forms, and reporting. Coordinates with distribution centers, shippers, and government agencies to facilitate customs clearance. Uses Tecsys and QAD systems to maintain accurate transactions and resolve discrepancies. Also conducts market and competitive research, supports cross-functional business initiatives, and analyzes client performance. Requires supply chain or customs experience, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to detail.

Assigns work to warehouse pick and pack teams, verifies completion in warehouse systems, coordinates inventory discrepancy resolution, provides shipment tracking, prepares packing slips, and supports relabeling, kitting, shipping supplies, projects, and site visits. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping software skills. The role involves frequent walking, occasional lifting, refrigerated environments, heights, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides front-desk and administrative support, including greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, maintaining schedules and visitor logs, ordering supplies, processing purchase orders, tracking inventory and spending, coordinating meetings, distributing packages, and performing clerical duties. Requires professional communication, organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, occasional lifting, frequent walking, and a valid driver’s license.
