Provides front desk coverage and administrative support for a personal lines insurance team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, processing mail, handling policy-related documentation and service requests, updating records, data entry, filing, deposits, office supplies, and occasional errands. The role supports account managers with renewals, billing inquiries, payments, ID cards, cancellations, and reinstatements without providing licensed insurance advice.
