Manage marketing automation, email programs, landing pages, forms, Google Ads, KPI reporting, dashboards, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and marketing spend monitoring. Evaluate and optimize tools, including AI-enabled technologies, collaborate with RevOps and Sales Operations, and document processes to improve marketing efficiency and pipeline visibility.

Serve as the technical presales partner for enterprise supply chain software sales. Lead discovery, tailored platform demonstrations, RFP responses, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical evaluations. Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy, communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and develop sales enablement materials. The role requires strong supply chain planning knowledge, enterprise SaaS presales experience, presentation skills, and the ability to translate requirements into credible solution narratives.
