Lead a cross-functional engineering pod to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled features for LaserPro. Drive architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, performance, security, and team development while partnering with product and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Execute and maintain automated test suites and frameworks, validate AI solution functionality and APIs, participate in regression testing, track and help resolve defects, and build automation assets following QA and Agile best practices.

Lead a global team of Application Operations Engineers to deploy, maintain, and support Finastra payment solutions in public cloud environments. Drive CI/CD and IaC practices, ensure 24x7 production reliability and 99.9% SLA, manage incident and disaster recovery processes, maintain security/compliance (SOC2), and lead cross-functional programs to modernize platforms and support client implementations.

Senior individual contributor providing advanced functional and technical support for payments platforms (NACHA/ACH, FGPP). Owns complex, high‑severity cases end‑to‑end, drives root cause analysis, reduces backlog, creates knowledge articles, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure on fixes, deployments, and disaster recovery.
